Small, senior teams with clear ownership. You'll know who decides what, and your scope is honest.
You'll own one of our flagship fintech product lines, working with a dedicated squad of six engineers, one designer and a data partner. The product line you own already has paying customers, real revenue and a strong opinion about what it should be — your job is to sharpen it, scale it and decide what to kill.
You'll report to the VP Product and work closely with the founders on strategic bets. The product org is small, opinionated and writes a lot — RFCs, customer letters, weekly memos.
What you'll do
We hire for outcomes, not tasks. Here's what success looks like in your first year.
Own the quarterly roadmap and OKRs for one fintech product line, with measurable revenue and retention targets
Run weekly customer conversations and convert insight into a prioritised backlog that engineering trusts
Define and own the metrics dashboard for your product area, including activation, retention and revenue cohorts
Partner with compliance and risk to ship features in regulated environments — BoG, CBN, CBK and FCA-equivalents
Lead quarterly business reviews with executives, including frank trade-off conversations
Be the product representative in customer commercial conversations alongside BD
What you'll bring
If you don't tick every box, please apply anyway. We hire for trajectory, not a literal checklist.

Transparent, top-of-market, and adjusted thoughtfully for region of residence.
$95K – $140K

Predictable, respectful, and fast. We aim for a clear decision within three weeks of your first conversation.
Our promises
A relaxed conversation about your story, product philosophy and what kind of problems energise you.
Walk us through one product you've owned end-to-end — the strategy, the trade-offs, what worked, what you'd do differently.
Write a short strategy memo on a real Spalce-like product question. We pay for your time and review with the VP Product.
Three sessions: memo review with the VP Product, a customer-discovery interview with engineering and design, and a values + executive conversation.
Reference conversations and a written offer with full comp, equity and onboarding plan.
