Spalce in three paragraphs. Read these before anything else on this page.
Spalce builds the enterprise platforms that financial services, public sector, healthcare, and telco operators in Africa, Europe, and the rest of the world depend on. Our customers are regulated, large, and have hard problems we get paid to make boring.
We grow by going deep: per-market regulator fluency (BoG, CBN, CBK, FCA), per-customer engineering depth, and a long-term operating partnership model. We're a services-led company with a platform spine — that combination is unusual at our scale, and it's deliberate.
The Series A extension we closed in May 2026 funds two specific bets: a Lagos engineering hub at 50 engineers by end of 2027, and the second-generation Spalce platform — the reusable substrate beneath every engagement.
Every round we've raised since inception, including lead investors, participants, and stated use of proceeds.
