You'll join our AI & Data practice — four ML engineers and two data engineers shipping production models for fraud detection, credit scoring, document intelligence and customer support. We currently serve four customers in production and have a healthy pipeline of new use cases.
We care about real product metrics. Offline F1 scores are interesting; a 20% reduction in fraud losses is shippable. Every model we ship has a clear product owner and a clear shutdown criterion.
What you'll do
We hire for outcomes, not tasks. Here's what success looks like in your first year.
Take our document intelligence model from a notebook prototype to a production service with real SLAs
Build and own the evaluation harness for our LLM-powered support assistant, including hallucination detection
Reduce false-positive fraud alerts by 40% on our largest fintech customer without hurting recall
Partner with data engineering to design and ship a feature store for credit-scoring features
Write the retrieval, ranking and guardrail pipeline for a new RAG product surface
Run a monthly internal AI office hour for product engineers — teaching, not gatekeeping

Compensation
Transparent, top-of-market, and adjusted thoughtfully for region of residence.
$80K – $120K
$80K – $120K base salary, calibrated to seniority and region of residence
Stock options
0.04% – 0.10% in stock options, four-year vesting with a one-year cliff
Performance
Annual performance bonus targeting 10% of base

Three sessions: take-home review, a model-design interview on a Spalce-like problem, and a collaboration conversation with the practice lead.
