Small, senior teams with clear ownership. You'll know who decides what, and your scope is honest.
You'll join the Platform team — four engineers responsible for every paved road our product teams ride on. We operate multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters on AWS EKS and Azure AKS, run our internal developer portal, and own the on-call escalation for everything south of the app layer.
We treat the platform like a product. Other engineers are our customers, we run quarterly customer-satisfaction surveys internally, and we measure ourselves on lead-time-to-production and incident MTTR.
What you'll do
We hire for outcomes, not tasks. Here's what success looks like in your first year.
Roll out a paved-road service template that takes a new internal service from repo creation to staging in under an hour
Drive a 30% reduction in monthly AWS spend by right-sizing, spot adoption and tighter autoscaling
Own and improve the on-call experience — better runbooks, faster alerting, fewer pages
Lead our SOC 2 Type II readiness work for the infrastructure controls
Build a self-service developer portal on Backstage, with golden paths for the three most common service types
Mentor a junior platform engineer and own their growth plan
What you'll bring
If you don't tick every box, please apply anyway. We hire for trajectory, not a literal checklist.
