Odoo when budget is constrained, processes are mostly standard and you want strong customization without per-user license shock - typical for African SMEs and mid-market manufacturers. NetSuite when you need a polished cloud ERP with strong multi-entity and multi-currency, often for scale-ups going regional. SAP S/4HANA or Business One when you're a large enterprise with global parents requiring SAP, or when the industry-specific modules genuinely save you years of customization.
