The client, a mid-sized retail chain, was facing inefficiencies with their existing point-of-sale system, which was outdated and unable to handle the increasing volume of transactions across multiple locations. The system lacked real-time inventory management, had frequent downtimes, and could not integrate with the client's online store, leading to inventory discrepancies and loss of sales opportunities.
Solution Provided
To address the client's challenges, I developed the SaleSprint POS App, a modern, cloud-based point-of-sale system that:
- High-Performance Architecture: Utilized a microservices architecture to ensure high availability and scalability. This allowed the app to handle high transaction volumes with minimal downtime.
